Vistra wins Private Equity Wire ManCo of the Year European Award and completes acquisition of Super ManCo Kroll

The win, announced last night in London, comes shortly after Vistra Fund Management (VFM) received all necessary regulatory approvals to merge with Super ManCo, Kroll (Luxembourg) Management Company S.à r.l. (“Kroll”) in January 2025.
